The HEATwave service will also allow customers to do :
1. CONCEPTUAL design are the first step to gather design information which will be discussed with customer, simulate or perform in-house test at PP Systems to get the most accurate parameter for the design.
2. SELECTION the burner, flame sensor and control system to meet the conceptual design size of the oven, load and power might be calculated by PP Systems engineer.
3. CAD and P&ID will allow customers to see dimension, equipment handling options for finalizing the design. The diagram will be established to understand how equipment connect and function each other which can also easy to generate bill of material (BOM).
4. PRICE can be estimated within 24 hrs by our ERP system.
5. DOWNLOAD completed drawing of oven outline drawing, burner drawing and piping & instrument diagram free of charge.
